Delivery & Returns
We want you to receive your Firehorse scarf in perfect condition. Your scarf will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in fine white tissue paper and a luxury Firehorse branded presentation box.
UK delivery is free for orders over £100. The delivery cost for orders under £100 is £4.95.
Delivery within 1-2 working days.
Delivery outside the UK is free for orders over £200. The delivery cost for orders under £200 is as follows:
Europe: £14.95; USA: £19.95; Rest of World: £24.95
Timings will depend on the destination and can be confirmed upon enquiry / order-placing. Generally they will be as follows:
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days
For international orders, please remember to check any additional import duties or local taxes may apply to your country.
For pre-order items, despatch dates are as accurate as we can make them and are updated regularly. However, until pre-order items are ready for despatch, the dates are subject to change.
We hope you are delighted with your scarf. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please advise us in writing within 14 days of placing the order if you wish to return your Firehorse purchase. You then have another 14 days to return your purchase. Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging with the tags attached, we will issue a full refund including our standard UK postage charge (expedited and non-UK postage charges are not refundable). Alternatively you may exchange your Firehorse good(s).
Please email us at email@example.com marking your email ‘Return’ to start the process. We advise you use a tracked and signed delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit and will only issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the goods to be returned.
We aim to process returns as quickly as we can. You can track your returned parcel to see that it has arrived safely at our studio and you will receive an email from us as soon as the refund/exchange has been processed. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.
